As far as I can remember, I’ve always loved football. I was told as a little girl that “girls can’t play football” and this probably why I feel so strongly about defending and supporting our game and women in sport in general.
My first Nati’s game was back in 2008 in Nyon, a 0-0 draw against Italy… but I was sold straightaway. Since then, I managed to support our girls at home but also at the UEFA Euro 2017, 2022 and the FIFA World Cup 2023. I am so passionate about our game that I am doing a doctorate focusing on supporting women in football and am myself working in football. All I wish for this fan club is to provide opportunities for women’s football fans to connect and make friends like Amy, Jenni and I did at the Euro 2022, and support our national team regardless of which language we speak or canton we’re from!
Growing up I played just about every sport under the sun, athletics, hockey, badminton, archery, dance and of course football. I stopped playing when I was about 10, as sadly a lot of young girls do and it wasn't until 2019 that I fell back into it. I happened to put on one of the earlier group stage games of the Netherlands during the FIFA World Cup 2019 and since then I've been hooked. After the tournament I became an Arsenal Women's season ticket holder and I can count on one hand how many games I've missed in the last 5 years, a love of Arsenal Women is how Jenni and I actually met. I've also been lucky enough to experience the UEFA Women's Euro 2022 in England where I met Céline for the first time and we most recently travelled to Australia and New Zealand as a group for the last World Cup. A totally amazing experience we'll never forget, especially the amazing people we met following the Nati too!

Playing football has been a significant part of my life for the past seven years, but my love for the sport traces back to my kindergarten days when I first started watching it. I've been following women's international football since the 2007 World Cup and have remained deeply engaged with the game for the past eight years. Whether it's the World Cup, Euros, Champions League, or a domestic league match in various countries, you'll find me in the stands, passionately contributing to the atmosphere before, during, and after the game. In addition to playing myself and being a dedicated fan, I also contribute to the growth of the women’s game by working for my local association, where I serve as the head of girls' and women's football.

At the beggining, I wasn't really into football. I got into it slowly by going to my daughter's games... I became at the time a "soccer mom"! Then, I accompanied her to the Swiss games and traveled to see OL féminin with Lara Dickenmann. The kindness of players like Lara, Gaëlle Thalmann and Caro Abbé and their performances on the pitch made me fall in love with the game. I'm happy to help the fan club and get people from all age and background together!

Growing up in a little village and at a conservative boarding school, playing football as a girl never crossed my mind. Years later, I finally stumbled across women’s football and I was hooked immediately. Digging deeper into the world of women’s football, the world not only fascinated me, but the inequalities made me furious. I want to help the growth of women’s football in Switzerland while supporting our beloved Nati.
My journey as a fan started a few years ago when I stumbled across a game on the TV, and since then, I’ve been fortunate to witness the incredible rise of women’s football first hand. In the last few years I have rarely missed a home game of our Nati and travelled to many different countries for football games. However, when I became more involved with the game, the inequalities truly shocked me. Together with Eleni, we decided to create a safe space for supporters. This is how we eventually became a part of this group.
I’m a long-term UEFA volunteer for the Euros this year, an opportunity that allows me to actively contribute to the tournament and support the development of women’s football in Switzerland. My hope is that this fan club and eventually the euros become a space where supporters can come together, and celebrate the game and the players in a respectful way.

I didn’t start playing soccer until later, but was able to make a difference to my team right away. I was part of the first girls junior team.
In 2021 I went to watch my first Nati game, and I have almost never missed a home match since. More and more I also became interested in different clubs and went to watch their matches too. Despite the positive change of women soccer it’s still not there where it should be. They deserve more respect, attention and appreciation. Personally I really enjoy the positive atmosphere at the games, where everyone is welcomed. I really wanted to support our national women soccer team. Out of that Lara, a friend that has similar interests of supporting women’s soccer, and I created a support club for the team. After that we got in touch with Celine, Amy and Jenny and we all decided that only when we work together we can have an impact.
So please support us and together we can have a huge impact.

I can't remember a life without football. Even as a child, I used to play football with friends and family in the garden. When I joined the first girls' team at our club, I realised how wonderful it is to play in a team full of young girls.
I attended my first Nati game in 2021 and quickly realised that I wanted to see more games from this team. Home games became a place to meet up with friends and I couldn't imagine life without these games.
I really love the atmosphere and the cheerful mood at the games. I became more and more interested in women's football in Switzerland and also abroad.
The Women's Euro 2025 was a major event in women's football. I was looking forward to the tournament since it was anounced to be in Switzerland.
My best friend brought me in to join the fan club. I want to give the Swiss national team the support they deserve and help women's football in Switzerland to grow so that we can achieve great things together.

Sports have been a big part of my life for a while now. My first football-related memory would be when Italy beat France in the 2006 World Cup Final.
Now I love watching different matches, and you can find me in the crowd of many games - domestic and national.
I also play and referee in floorball, which allows me to experience the excitement of sports both on and off the field.
At the home Women’s Euros, I joined the fan club with the Capo. One thing I truly enjoy is contributing to the amazing atmosphere that brings everyone together.

Football has been a big part of my life since childhood – I used to play in my free time and practically grew up next to the football pitch. Through watching games, I’ve met many amazing people and made new friends. I really enjoy the diversity and openness within the community, as well as the family-friendly and peaceful atmosphere at the matches.
You can often find me not only at national team games but also at league matches, supporting my clubs and enjoying the vibrant spirit of women’s football.
At the Euro 2025 in Switzerland, I had the incredible opportunity to lead the Swiss fan marches with a megaphone – that’s how I became a capo and got to know the people from the fan club. It was an unforgettable experience that made me feel even more connected to the community.
